Our newest team member April Junta is a recent graduate of the University of Richmond where she majored in Mathematics and held a minor in Spanish.
Having enjoyed her time here in Richmond so much, she opted to stay, and we are lucky to have found such a bright addition to our office staff.

The last few times I saw him he asked me the same questions. Did I like them? Was I happy with them? How did my clothes fit? He told me I could wear any bra and to go bra shopping and have fun.
Obviously, he has never been bra shopping. It was definitely not fun. However, swim suit shopping was a blast. All of my life, I have had trouble finding a suit to fit. But now my problem is deciding which one I want. I only bought 5 suits but with the help of my granddaughter, I kept the 2 suits that looked the best on.
As for how my clothes fit, some look better now than they did before. A few are definitely not going to work, which means I get a new wardrobe!
Well, the answer to all of his questions is that I am absolutely thrilled. Honestly, when I started this process I really didn’t have any great expectations. I figured that I never had much, so the outcome would be better. Now that I am almost finished this process, I am really excited.
I have always been comfortable with who I am. But I lost myself somewhere in all of this. Now I feel like a new person and am more aware of who I am. I am excited to be moving ahead with a new life.
Thank you all so much for making this change possible. Your entire office is warm and caring. Thank you so much for making a difference in my life as well as my body.

Hey ladies, just wanted to tell you all how amazing Latisse is! I started using it a month ago, and even though my results aren’t final, I am so impressed!
They say it takes a full 16 weeks for full results, but, I cannot get over how long my lashes are! The way it was explained to me is that Latisse works because the growth phase of your lashes is extended. So the first change you notice is the length. Then, over time, as more lashes as growing longer and you are not shedding them as quickly as you used to, you start to accumulate more lashes on the lid at a time—thus making them thicker and fuller. Soon you have full thick lashes that seem darker, longer and simply framing the eyes in a natural beautiful way. Richmond Aesthetic Surgery is proud to introduce our newest team member, board certified Physicians Assistant, Emily Leisy.
Emily is a Richmond Native who returns to us after completing the Surgical Physician Assistant program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she held GPA of 4.0 and was awarded the Margaret K. Kirklin Award for Academic Excellence. She is a member of the Alpha Eta Society, UAB Chapter as well as the Golden Key International Honour Society. Her undergraduate degree was completed a bit closer to home at James Madison University where she majored in Health Sciences and minored in Biology.
She is a current member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. Emily brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her previous plastic surgery experience and her work with laser skin care and vein disorder treatment.
