About Megan J. Goff, PA-C

Megan GoffMegan J. Goff, PA-C is our board-certified surgical physician assistantand primary injection specialist. She attended James Madison University for her undergraduate, graduating in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. While here she performed extensive research in genetics and also volunteered in the local Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Megan went on to Shenandoah University for her master’s degree, where she stayed involved by acting as a fundraising chair on student council and attending the international medical mission trip. She graduated with her degree in 2012. Since completing her education, Megan has become a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, and the young professionals organization HYPE.

Megan strives to help her patients feel at ease by practicing compassion and providing the highest level of care. In 2016, as a testament to the quality care she provides, Megan was recognized by the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants for her partnership with Dr. Zemmel and by Our Health Richmond for Best Bedside Manner of Physician Assistants.

As part of the Richmond Aesthetic Surgery and Dermlounge Team, Megan is committed to helping patients feel comfortable during their visit through her compassionate, knowledgeable care. In addition to providing injectable treatments, she is especially passionate about breast reconstruction and helping those who have been afflicted with breast cancer. She is proud to work with such strong individuals and strives to support these women inside the office as well as out. Megan does so through her involvement with the Susan G. Komen organization, where she acts as an educator and actively strives to raise awareness on breast health.

In addition to her professional work, Megan lives in Midlothian with her husband, Matt, and they enjoy traveling both locally and abroad, as well as boating.
