Celebrities always have the most beautiful, radiant skin. How can I get that same gorgeous Hollywood glow?

Most celebrities share the same “secret” for their gorgeous skin. It’s a combination of regular in-office exfoliation treatments, such as microdermabrasion or light chemical peels, and a good daily, at-home skin care regimen. It’s important to exfoliate at home a couple of times a week to remove dead cells that sit on the surface of the skin, a major culprit for your complexion looking dull. There are several products that help exfoliate, but manual exfoliation with a facial sponge or gauze is a great alternative too. Before applying moisturizer, use an antioxidant serum, and then finish with a sunscreen of SPF 30. Antioxidant serums should contain at least 10% L-ascorbic acid, which is the best, most effective form of topical vitamin C. This will help fade discoloration, encourage collagen growth, and boost cell turnover.

Our Medi Spa offers a wide selection of in-office treatments and procedures. We also carry two major medical grade skin care lines, Obagi Medical and SkinCeuticals. Both lines offer many options for your at-home care. Your home skin care regimen should be considered maintenance; further the corrective process, prevent future damage and protect new healthy skin. Your treatments and procedures help expedite the correction of existing damage and sustain corrected results. The combination of both, a good, home skin care regimen AND regular treatments will surely give you that “glow” you’re looking for. Come in for a skin analysis with our master esthetician, Brenda Clymer, and start getting yourself one step closer to obtaining that HOLLYWOOD GLOW.
